You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if OStorz made a shipping error or if the item was damaged or defective when shipped from the OStorz fulfillment center.

How to return an item purchased online to an affiliate store?
To return an item purchased online to an Affiliate Store, bring the item in its original packaging and/or box to the affiliate store of your choice along with your receipt and the item return form.
You must drain all fluids, if any, from the product before returning it.
OStorz recommends that you take the credit card used to purchase the item so the store can credit your card for the price of the item. If you do not have the credit card, or you purchased with PayPal or another payment method, simply present your receipt and the product, and the Affiliate Store will reimburse your account. - Sign-in to your Account
- Select the "Orders and Returns” section of the Account drop-down list
- Select the order you wish to return or exchange and choose either the “return” or “exchange” option
- Proceed to select which items you would like to return as well as your reason for return and you will be presented with a packing list for your return.
- Select the delivery method whether you would like to ship the items yourself or have our delivery officers pick-up the items from your address.
- If you choose to ship the items yourself or through a courier to our address you need attach the return packing slip to the box or package that includes the returned items: [Address]
- If your location is within our serviceable delivery area you may choose to have our delivery officers pick-up the returned items. An email and/or SMS will be sent to your registered email ID/phone number for communicating your address.
- Our delivery officers will carry out the return or exchange within 4 to 7 business days from the date of placing the return/exchange request.
- If the customer does not handover the product within 7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request being raised, the request will be cancelled.
- If the product reaches our fulfillment centers and after inspection our team finds that it has been used or installed, the product is no longer eligible for a refund or an exchange. We will then reship the used product back to the customer, where the customer will be charged for shipping fees.

To return an item simply place the shipping label on the outside of the box, and drop off the package at a shipping facility of your choice. If you are returning your shipment for any other reason besides a shipping error or defective product, OStorz recommends that you return the product to our Fulfillment Center using a carrier that provides package tracking services to ensure your product gets back to our Fulfillment Center safely and quickly. Your credit card will be credited for the full price of the product but your shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Within 15 business days of receipt of your returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 15 business days.
If the reason for your return was caused by online or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items.
Terms & Conditions
Some items, including opened gaskets and electrical goods, are nonrefundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to any third-party or other outsourced goods, including particular Custom Orders, Commercial Tools, and equipment.
The cost of shipping is not refundable.
At any time, for any reason, OStorz maintains the right to impose restrictions on exchanges or returns.
OStorz reserves the right to require a valid photo ID (see below for the types of ID that we accept) that will be recorded at the time of the return. Applicable information from your ID will be retained, subject to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, in a company-wide database of customer return activity that OStorz and its affiliates use to authorize returns.

With Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 45 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.
Without Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for an Advance Auto Parts Merchandise Credit Card. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days.
Online purchases can be returned to any Advance Auto Parts store within 45 days from the date of purchase. Bring original packaging and your receipt, Order Confirmation email or Merchandise Return Form. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error.
We accept returns or exchange of items within 30 days of receipt of items purchased online. The return and exchange option will be active within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product.
