Can I shop as a guest without having an account?
Yes, if you choose to check out as a guest you will simply receive an order confirmation email and an order shipping information email. However, you will need to re-enter your mailing and billing information for any future orders. We suggest creating an account in order to save time on future orders.
How can I change my account settings?
You can update your name, email address, password, or other account information.
To change your account settings:
- In Your Account, go to Login & security.
- Next to the account information you'd like to update, select Edit.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select Save Changes.
- After you've completed all your updates, select Done.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website.
- Go to Password assistance.
- When prompted, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Amazon account and select Continue.
We'll send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you've chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.
- Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.
- Create a new password.
As soon as you've created a new password, it's active. Your new password is for all Amazon-related accounts associated with the same email address.
How can I update my password?
You can update your password in Your Account.
Note: If you've forgotten your password, go to Reset Your Password.

Why Can't I Log into My Account?
If you aren't able to enter your account, some of the account information might be written incorrectly.
Here are a few things to look over:

Email Address: Your email address must be in the format [email protected] (or .net, .org, etc.). If you have more than one email address, make sure you're using the correct email address and password combination.

Mobile Phone Number: If you created your account with a mobile phone number, you'll need to use your mobile phone number to log into your account. Make sure that you're including your country code in your mobile phone number.

Password: Check CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords. If you're sure you're using the correct email address or mobile phone number, try to Reset Your Password.
What do I do if I suspect account theft?
Account security is our priority. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, try logging into your account and contact customer service immediately if you experience any problems. We can review recent activity to ensure you are properly protected and discuss ways to protect your account.
If you can log into your account without problems, it is recommended that you change your password immediately. Please use a different password than the one used for the email address registered to your account, and also consider changing your password for added security.
